Death Tarnished: The Book of Companions

If you're ever running a solo session or need to supplement a player's role, here are some companions and the roles they can play. Both the GM and the player can control these companions to assist on the journey. However, GMs should ensure that companions never overshadow the player's character. They're there to help, not take over the adventure. In one-on-one adventures, there's little room for error, and bad dice rolls could spell disaster, with no fault of the player, so companions can be valuable in keeping the story going.
